Working With a Holistic Nutritionist
The intention is for you to feel really well in your body, which means physically, energetically and emotionally. To achieve that I teach you how to support your body with food, creating a plan that supports your specific needs. My nutritional approach is effective yet liberating, free of dieting or deprivation. You’ll also learn lifestyle habits and shifts that further support your goals because health is so much more than food. We may dive into optimizing sleep, supporting your nervous system, unraveling perfectionist tendencies, creating a morning routine, learning to exercise for your body, and more. It varies from one person to the next, as all of my plans are highly individual. And if you live a busy and full life, don’t worry, we make it work for you, not the other way around. My story is one of burnout, so my programs are about creating more health and joy with ease. This also makes them sustainable and long lasting.

Foundations: 8-Week Nutrition and Wellness Program
This program is for those wanting to learn the foundations of nutrition and health. So much of what we’ve learned about nutrition is backwards and often times causes more harm than good (i.e. low fat, keto, intermittent fasting, fear of cholesterol, etc.) This program will give you clarity on how to actually support your body for your health goals, and begin addressing any imbalances you may have. You'll also learn how to incorporate wellness practices and daily habits to further support.

Balancing: 12-Week Nutrition and Wellness Program
This program is for those with health challenges that require extra support such as hormone imbalances, adrenal issues, metabolic dysfunction, hypothyroidism, and digestive disorders. This longer time together allows us to uncover and address root causes, which is essential to true healing.

Join BEGIN, a Self-Paced Course
BEGIN is what I wished existed when I was trying to learn how to eat healthy and is the core of what I go through with my one on one clients in our first 8 to 12 weeks together.
BEGIN is a self-paced course where you’ll learn how to nourish your body without feeling deprived and build the foundations of health with sustainable nutritional shifts. The way I teach nourishment doesn’t take away the things you love most, like pasta and social nights out, because not only is that unnecessary for health and healing but joy and connection are just as important as what we eat. There is a world where we can feel really good in our body, eat foods that we love, and live a full life without feeling restricted. It’s time to let go of restrictive diets and shift to a nutritional abundance mindset.
