As a holistic nutritionist and women’s health advocate, I specialize in supporting women navigating period problems, hormone imbalances, metabolic issues, burnout, and preparing mothers for a healthy pregnancy. Through a blend of evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle practices, I guide you through an integrative approach and in doing so, we empower your bodies' inherent ability to achieve optimal health.

Meet Savannah Bleue
I’m a Nutrition Consultant trained in holistic nutrition and lifestyle therapies. My journey has been marked by advanced burnout, hormone imbalances, hypothyroidism and digestive issues, giving me an intimate understanding of what it means to be deeply unwell and what is required to heal.
Before my health collapsed, I was known as the epitome of health – spin classes, green juices, yoga, raw veganism, intermittent fasting... While it appeared ideal from the outside, internally I was undernourished and overworked. Coupled with the demands of my work, my entire system became depleted and all my hormones were in SOS. This was a profound lesson because it showed me that nutrition and health is so much more than ‘eating clean’ and exercising, and led me to truly understand what it means to nourish and support our body.
Through my studies in nutrition, healing my own body, and working with other women to transform their health, I’ve discovered what truly works and how to guide you through the process of bringing your body back into balance.
The Two Tenets of My Practice
Identifying Root Causes
We use symptoms as clues for what is happening internally but bring the body back into balance by uncovering and addressing the root causes. By focusing on resolving the root cause rather than treating the symptoms we support true healing rather than temporarily relief. For instance, conventional beauty care is ineffective when confronted with acne because no one has a cream deficiency, that’s not the root cause. Instead we tackling what’s at the root of the acne, such as hidden gut imbalances, blood sugar imbalances, hypothyroidism, and hormonal issues.
Nourishment not Deprivation
We’re conditioned to believe that health requires calorie restriction, intense workouts, and a diet dominated by salads, but this is actually the quickest path to slowing down metabolism and create hormone imbalances. This is why I’m passionate about empowering women to break free from the cycle of extreme efforts and embrace a more balanced, enjoyable path to health. By prioritizing proper nourishment over deprivation, you can be full, happy and satisfied, while still meeting your health goals.
