INGREDIENTS


Tahini Rose Apples

1 apple, sliced

2 tbs tahini (my favorite is Kevala)

1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon

2 tsp cacao nibs

1 tsp rose petals

Pinch of himalayan salt


METHOD


Drizzle the apple slices generously with tahini, then dust with ceylon cinnamon, rose petals, some cacao nibs and a hefty pinch of salt. Choose pink himalayan salt for a mineral rich option.
