Almond Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Almond Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
Serves 1
3/4 c nut milk
3 tbs almond meal
3 tbs oat flour*
1/2 banana, frozen
1 handful zucchini, sliced and frozen (or more banana)
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
pinch of salt
Optional Add-In’s:
1 tsp acacia fiber (for gut health)
1 scoop collagen (for protein)

METHOD
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
To make oat flour: just blend rolled oats in a blender or food processor until it resembles a flour.
