I go through phases with my adaptogens based on my body’s needs and so currently I’m turning my attention to immune supporters. That in mind, this is how I’m currently making my morning brew. See the end for immune properties !

 
 

INGREDIENTS


Immunity Matcha Latte

Serves 1

1/2 tsp matcha

1/2 tsp turkey tail mushrooms

1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon

1-2 scoops collagen

1 tsp acacia fiber

6 oz boiling water

4 oz cashew milk


METHOD


Blender Method: Add everything to a vitamix and blend until combined.

Hand Frother Method: Add everything minus half of the boiling water to a mug, and use a hand frother to blend everything together. Then top it off with the rest of the water. (Adding half the water before frothing prevents spillage.)

Turkey tail contains immune-supportive polysaccharopeptides and also enhances gut health, which further supports immune health.

Matcha strengthens the immune system and protects against viruses and bacteria in the body.

Ceylon cinnamon has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial effects beneficial to immune health.

Collagen supports the integrity of the gut, which supports the immune system.

Acacia Fiber supports healthy gut bacteria, and thus the immune system.
