Everyday Nourishing Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
Everyday Nourishing Hot Chocolate
6 oz nut milk
4 oz full fat coconut milk (or more nut milk)
2 tsp raw cacao powder, unsweetened
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon or 1/4 tsp regular
2 scoop collagen (for protein)
1 tsp acacia fiber (for gut health + blood sugar)
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
(I don’t add a sweetener because I just like it the way it is. But feel free to add a little honey)
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a small pot. I prefer to use a matcha whisk, it works wonderfully, especially on that collagen.
Heat over medium low until it comes to a very low simmer.
