About
For most of my life I thought that eating healthy required depriving myself from many of the foods I love most. I thought that we had to choose between the true joy of food and feeling healthy and vibrant in our body, but what I've come to learn is that these two can and should co-exist. The recipes I share in this book combine my knowledge of nutrition with my love of food to create meals that nourish both body and soul. These are the recipes that helped heal my body and continue to support me, as well as my clients in my nutrition practice, and I'm so happy to be sharing them with you.
