Basil Lime Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Basil Lime Smoothie
Serves 1
10 oz almond milk
1/3 c mango, frozen cubes
1/2 medium banana
1 tbs lime juice
2 handfuls baby kale or spinach
1 handful cilantro
1 handful basil
1 tbs shredded coconut
pinch of salt
Option to add collagen and /or an adaptogen. I used moringa which is energizing but caffeine free.
METHOD
Blend in the blender. Enjoy.
